Running
Well now that my frisbee league is over, until further notice of the fall draft league.
New work out goals!
At least run 2-3 miles a day. :) I feel great afterwards.
Honestly just need to push myself harder and harder everytime.
Gotta lose this beer belly!!! Aka 15 lbs.
I’m 23, never happy with my body nobody ever is, and i wont be happy till i actually do something about it.
I need to stop being so lazy.
